These website terms are a general operating baseline and are not a substitute for project-specific contractual terms. Project-specific terms always take priority when they are documented in a proposal, quotation, invoice, or written agreement.

01Scope of services

Web Word Wonders provides website development, software development, SaaS product development, digital marketing, SEO, design, and related digital services. The exact deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, and fees for a project are defined in the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement.

02Quotes, pricing, and project changes

Quotes are based on the information available when they are prepared. Material changes to scope, features, content volume, integrations, design direction, or timeline may require a revised quote or additional charges. Work outside the agreed scope will only be added after the change is communicated.

03Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, approvals, content, brand assets, credentials, and access required to complete the work. Delays in receiving required information or approvals can affect delivery dates.

04Payments

Payment schedules are defined in the applicable quotation, invoice, or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may be paused when an invoice becomes overdue. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, paid advertising, software subscriptions, APIs, plugins, or licenses are separate unless explicitly included.

05Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to final project deliverables as described in the relevant agreement, subject to any third-party licenses, open-source components, stock assets, frameworks, fonts, plugins, or platform terms. Web Word Wonders may retain reusable know-how, non-client-specific components, internal tools, and development methods.

06Third-party platforms and services

Projects may depend on third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, social networks, search engines, APIs, advertising platforms, email providers, or software vendors. Web Word Wonders is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third parties.

07Marketing and SEO results

Digital marketing, SEO, advertising, and lead-generation work is designed to improve performance, but specific rankings, traffic levels, sales, leads, revenue, or advertising outcomes cannot be guaranteed because results depend on competition, platforms, budgets, market conditions, websites, offers, and user behavior.

08Software and website warranties

Web Word Wonders will address confirmed defects that are directly related to delivered work within any support or warranty period expressly stated in the project agreement. Issues caused by later third-party changes, unauthorized modifications, hosting problems, malware, user error, unsupported environments, or external services may require separate support.

09Confidentiality and data

Both parties should treat confidential business information received during a project with reasonable care. Clients should avoid sending sensitive credentials through insecure channels. Where a project requires access to systems or user data, access should be limited to what is necessary for the agreed work.

10Portfolio use

Unless a client has requested confidentiality in writing, Web Word Wonders may display publicly launched work, project screenshots, brand names, and high-level project descriptions in its portfolio and marketing materials. Confidential information, private credentials, source data, and proprietary internal business records are not intentionally published.

11Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Web Word Wonders is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of a website, software system, campaign, third-party platform, or service interruption. Any liability is subject to the terms of the applicable project agreement.

12Termination

Either party may end an engagement according to the termination terms in the applicable agreement. Work completed, approved expenses, and committed third-party costs remain payable where applicable. Project files, access, and handover obligations will follow the agreed commercial terms.

13Updates to these terms

These website terms may be updated as services and operating practices evolve. The version shown on this page applies to use of the Web Word Wonders website unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
